Founded in 2013, 321 Web Marketing was built to deviate from the traditions other digital marketing companies followed. Jonathan Gessert, the founder of 321, believed the way competitors performed digital marketing could vastly improve, if approached from a technical perspective. The way digital marketing was being performed focused too much on the creative and not enough on the results. It needed to be pushed forward along with the breakthroughs of data analytics.   We have been able to determine key factors attributed to high search rankings, and implement them into our digital marketing strategies. Through strategically coded websites, data driven keyword targeting, and innovative marketing automation system creation, we have been able to establish a new era of digital marketing. Since we approach digital marketing in a different way, it’s not hard to believe our team background is a bit unorthodox as well. Each one of our team members come from different fields of education and previous employment positions. A few of the degrees obtained by our team members include physics, psychology, operations research, & mass communications.
