Magento E-commerce Solution for Global Software Distributor

The goal was to build new e-commerce platform which would allow the joined company automating the IT products distribution among both distributors and end users. The most critical about the platform was its implementation within a very short period as a joining company had to support the increased clientele. After analyzing all the criteria and client needs Agiliway suggested to proceed with Magento as the most suitable option. We also continued using Magento 1.9, since the new Magento 2 does not support many modules, which might impact the project schedule. The project was implemented within 8 weeks including the design and testing stages. The offered solution met all client’s requirements concerning the security, speed of processing, internationalization, and complex products support. During the project implementation, Agiliway has also developed a set of custom modules to support the “renewable” products.
