Disregarding collaboration and available mockups, Design Proficient delivered a logo that didn’t fulfill initial requirements for either contents or quality. Their impractical communication made a robust revision process undesirable and cost-prohibitive.

Design Proficient is unprofessional and does subpar work. They’ve not only taken much longer than expected, but the designs don’t meet requirements. They refuse to offer a refund, even though the experience has been terrible, and they don’t honor commitments.
