"The project has been a total catastrophe and is threatening the very existence of the business."

Throughout the process, Infigic Technologies was unable to proactively suggest solutions, instead deferring to the in-house team for direction. This resulted in a poorly functioning site that was less user-friendly than before. Not only have sales halved, but external feedback has been negative. This review includes the vendor’s response.
