"No comprehensive hand-offs were done when one of our account managers left or disappeared."
The planned business launch failed without a mobile app to support it. High account manager turnover and confrontational, infrequent interactions made the relationship untenable. Robust onboarding procedures would have greatly improved the experience.

Our client "Dubai Airport" needed a custom website to show their audiences the happenings of a quest, carried out internally at the airport. In this quest, different internal operations teams competed against each other to gain maximum points as per the set criteria . The team to top the leaderboard wins the quest.
