Do Not Trust

Do not use (Logo Design Marvel)! They are swindlers and crooks. You will be sorry in the long run. On August 13, 2020, I contacted logo design marvel to build a basic website with the domain name and hosting I purchased. I paid them through amex for $250. I also asked that the website precisionpool be linked to a current site that I had with LDM ppagrou When it was completed I was informed the the other site PPAgrou was expired and would requiring renewal. I submitted a payment to cover hosting of the sites for $400 through PayPal. On November 3, I was contacted while in a pool match by Logo design marvel. They called back today. When they called, they said my site required a SSL. Not knowing what a SSL was, I said I already paid for two years for both sites and to have them linked. I instructed him to first ensure I have both sites hosted and linked before I consider another transaction. It never happened. I showed him proof of the first payment and he insisted I didn't pay anymore. I realized I used PayPal and paid $400 on August 31, 2020. He threatened to turn off my account if I didn't pay him. I told him I feel like I'm being hustled because I didn't order new service. I noticed tonight my ppagrou site was no longer active. I paid for that with the $400. Why would I ask to link an account to and inactive site. That's why I paid $400.00. After speaking to the accounts department I was told they would correct the problem. They didn’t instead Daniel asked me to pay $175 to have my site turned back on. Mind you, it was already paid for. He was trying to get me to order additional SSL protection but I did not want it. So he shut off my account and said I needed to pay for hosting and I link I had already paid for. Do not use them. They are swindlers and crooks.
