Transparent, honest and great quality
I worked with Symphony in my previous position and when founding Graphyte and looking for a software development partner I had no hesitation in getting in touch with Theo, the founder of Symphony. We have subsequently built a small multi-discipline team that has taken the platform from concept and POC to a well developed, fully supported platform. The management are always very transparent in their approach and open and honest in communications and this helps us to make the team feel a part of our company rather than just an outsourced function. The quality of resources that we have brought into the team has been great and we have been able to add additional skillsets relatively quickly and easily. I would definitely recommend using Symphony for any nearshore development projects that you might be looking at.
