Bookafy

One of my favorite software!

My name is Paul and I am the founder of Intrinsic Search, a talent management firm in the SaaS market. We’ve tried a couple of scheduling and booking software since we had our first client (many years ago) and so far, Bookafy has been our favorite—the pros definitely outweigh the cons. The pros: Other than the beautiful and intuitive interface, I love that clients receive an email confirmation of the appointment, which is also saved to their google calendar if they are using the G-suite. What is more amazing is that there is an option for clients to receive an SMS reminder so they never miss an appointment and this has been great for our conversions. The cons: The only downside is that there is quite a bit of a learning curve for the back office setup—setting up is not as easy as other software we have tried.
