Excellent professionals
I have been working with Alconost since 2015. During this time they translated hundreds of thousands of characters for me and helped launch dozens of projects. For me, this is not just a cool service, but also great people. During this time, several managers have changed: Stas, Dmitry, Nadezhda, Yana, Evgenia ... Only the quality manager Vladimir and the soulful attitude towards me remained unchanged. Each of them did a little more than he was obliged to do: laughed at my jokes, helped to compose texts, filed appeals to the arbitration system, sent me photos of their pets, congratulated me on the holidays... The communication goes really well via a linked slack channel & they are very flexible when it comes to how payment is done, but also which translation tool is used.
