Worst IT Services
Hi all, let me share my real experience with this company. Altsols is the worst company ever and management is even more worst. They forced to their staff to put good reviews about the company everywhere. They don't know the difference between UI/UX Designer and Graphic Designer. I joined the company as UI/UX Designer in mid March 2020, first 10days I faced hardware issue there, they was not able to understand what problem with the system. Then after lockdown we were on the WFH policy, because they don't have an extra laptop they forced me to buy a new Laptop for doing thier work, they promised me that they will pay for the laptop with my next month salary, so I bought a new laptop with my money. Then I got my March month salary on 22nd April (end of the month). In May 2020 they started forcing all of us to join the office due this pendemic , when we refused to come office he started blackmailing us that they will not pay us our salary. On June 15th we received an email that company is shutting down for 4-5 month due financial crises, and if anyone wants to leave the company they can. I was waiting for May month salary till whole month (June). I called them so many times and wrote e-mails regarding this but they were not responding, they didn't pay my salary and amount of Laptop. I feel really bad. They fired 5-6 people without giving their payments. They buy application from #codecanen & #themeforest in $20-35 and after few changes in UI they sell same code to every client. Vijay Gaur does really dirty politics with thier staff.
