We take all of the ideas about the product and put the user at the heart of it. We analyze, research, and test out the assumptions, ruthlessly cutting down everything that doesn’t apply to the product vision and doesn’t provide value to users. This helps us surface the unknowns and risks early on and ensures we are building the right product, for the right users.
