"I keep trying to contact them and I get nowhere. There’s no contact with these people."
Design Dok took their money and has not delivered anything nor communicated with their client. They have not responded to phone calls, and only responded to a single email, sending the wrong project information over. It has been almost two months with no contact and no work delivered.

The project was initially expected to take 3–4 weeks, but it's still incomplete. Design Dok failed to implement various change requests, and the team did not communicate effectively. They called after business hours rather than scheduling a time the suited both parties.
