We built a system that enables meaningful communications between website visitors and the client’s sales team. A specially-trained assistant steps in as the visitor is about to leave the site and helps them down the sales funnel. The solution can be easily customized to meet any changes in the client’s immediate needs, and readily scaled as the business continues to grow. Approach When the client first approached us, they requested that a solid development team be assembled as quickly as possible. Within the first two weeks, our core team of four kicked off the project. By the end of the month, we had an additional six developers hard at work, completing the project team. Overview The client sought to bolster the management of various areas of their online platform. This centered around four entities: client website, sales agents, user (customer) profiles, and reporting. We developed a visual interface, allowing the client to configure their website and its content. Business rules were set to govern the behavior of the web application, which can be further customized. To facilitate website design customization without coding, we deployed the ClientBuilder visual module. Our team solved the problem of viewing and ordering user-profiles and sales agent groups by building a specific visual interface within the website management system. The client now has access to powerful insights, through both statistical sampling via QueryBuilder, and the Reporting module that presents data in graphical form. Approach The problem was clear to the client, and they had some overall ideas on how it might be addressed. We then helped them structure and finalize the concept into a concrete solution, which served as our developmental roadmap going forward. Experts in Scrum, our team applied this model to guarantee the process moved in the right direction at every stage. Our project manager maintained constant contact with the client, ensuring proper guidance for the team throughout.
