Create Smart Craft App
I have been working with them for over 2.5yrs now initially on website and following on my Create Smart Craft App. My App uses new technology and they have patiently navigated various obstacles to provide a product that not only looks great, but is also cutting edge. I have had constant contact with them over the past 2.5 yrs. They continually seek new ways to improve my App. My project manager is always readily available to respond to my messages which I usually deliver via email and / or skype messenger. She always responds quickly & even responds outside of hours to help resolve urgent issues. They have always resolved every issue regardless of effort ( this for me counts for everything!) At times the team can need a little reminder to keep me up to date with progress, however having said that I find this can be a common factor when outsourcing in India ( I have a lot of Indian suppliers) Hence I have put my own strategy in place to ensure I make contact if I feel this is required. Usually I find the project is being worked on, they have just got so busy working on it, I haven’t received an update! I truly feel they are now part of my extended Imagine Craft Team!
