Amazing

I am now in touch with Growwider for close to a year. Their team consists of talented application developers. They are extremely knowledgeable and for them client satisfaction is their priority. Their communication is extremely good - always confirming requests within one or two hours. I currently have several projects going one with Growwider and all are highly complex. Growwider provides excellent service at great value and I am continuing using them for other projects as well as future version of the current application which we are testing now. I greatly appreciate your work and your effort.

Don't use this company - takes money doesn't deliver`

Be very wary of this company. Beware of the team of Shubham Sharma, Ruchita Bansal, and the team of fraudsters. After many discussions, calls and checks, we decided to give these guys a try. We paid a very large deposit (including extra to speed up the process) and in the end we got a disappearing act. They were very good at promising and never delivering. It all began to go horribly wrong when the lead Ruchita Bunsal (Project Manager) and Shubham Sharma (CEO) offered us to build our multivendor app and we couldn't get a definitive time frame for completion. We asked over 40 times for deliverables and we couldn't get any answers. We kept getting reassured of full completion with the timeframe of the contract date. We were offered to have an app that is "cloned" which we did not agree to so we asked for a custom app. We spent weeks going back and forth writing new requirements with a full detailed outline of work required. We were told 30 days and 10 days (give or take a week) to go from initial version of Android, iOS and Web panels for expansion to version 2. We agreed, proceeded to pay the money and 3 weeks later we were given 6 screenshots in figma. It didn't look like much so we provided layout templates that we liked and we heard nothing. Then after all that, we kept getting told different stories; One day it was working on designs, one day graphics, one day API and coming closer to the 30 day project completion milestone, we were given a dashboard which was clickable and did nothing. When we provided feedback on a simple logo size, it never happened. The craziest excuse we got was that it was done and because the change was so small, the nake eye couldn't see it. It took 3 seconds to simply drag the corner diagonally and make the logo bigger. We were assured over and over that it's just going to be another week extra or so and by that time, we offered to cut our losses and find another developer. They insisted that we continue and things will be made right again. And magically a new dashboard emerges and it's a copy and paste of code from an opensource admin dashboard panel which was even worse than the first. At least the first dashboard was clickable. This was just a very basic template. So I made another offer to get a partial refund and we go our separate ways, and yet again disappearing act plus deleting themselves off all social media. We then tried to contact the staff members that were on the project when both Frahaz Khan and Vijay Sharma told us not to contact them directly as it's internal policy that staff don't talk to clients. The incredible amount of stories spun here goes beyond lies and deception. We offered to pay more money, give more time so we can speed this up, the silence was their answer. Go back to November and between a tonne of excuses, we get what we believed was a fairly credible story. Covid had hit the director and their office and that things would be back on track in 3 days. 3 days later we get the horrific dashboard that doesn't work. It's now December 7, 2020 and a further 20 days go by and still no word from their team. Eventually we got hold of the director Shubham Sharma by calling him and Ruchita about literally 64 times. We then offer to extend the time frame for completion and they still couldn't give us even an average time to complete. More reassurances come and we allowed ourselves to be fooled one more time. We have a long history of messages, attempting to make contact with this company and failed. If you plan on hiring this company to do any work, prepare for the worst. We have now moved the project back in-house and would never ever recommend doing any business with Shubham Sharma, Ruchita Bansal or any of their team. Don't let them convince you of their work ethics, as it doesn't exist. After pages and pages of discussions on whatsapp and skype to get some answers, we can only warn other small businesses not to make the same mistake. Will gladly furnish receipts, communications, texts anytime anyone needs verification of this bad experience.
