NotaryCam
NotaryCam is a successful company with more than 30 years of experience in the USA market. 10 years ago they set out to bring the notary workflows to the digital world, allowing clients to get documents legally notarised on-line. NotaryCam observed a painpoint in their process - users misunderstood what the service was about, they thought it was a traditional notary service. As such, NotaryCam approached us to redesign the landing page and update the look & feel. The goal was to design a website that would provide better information and communicate the up-to-date/digital nature of the service. Later on, they requested us to redesign the user area. Provided with the customer support feedback we were able to improve the UX and UI of the main critical processes raised.
