Kooky Infomedia excel at creating User Experience

Our team at ProDio Audio Learning have worked with Kooky Infomedia for 2 years now. Kooky inherited some inferior coding and design from our previous developers, and they put in a lot of work to clean up our code and, more importantly, vastly improve our user experience on the ProDio app and website. The result has been a dramatic reduction in support tickets. We have also noticed that our users don't have any negative comments about the technology in our user comments and course evaluations. While the work sometimes takes longer than expected, we have always been very pleased with the final product. They have also been great at providing quick responsive fixes and updates to our apps and website when needed. Kooky is owned and managed by two great guys, Ravi and Gulshan, who are both highly committed and passionate about their work. They are kind, honest and hard-working business owners who give everything they can to make sure we are satisfied with their work.
