"They didn’t keep a close eye on the work so it became too much of a mess and got too hard."

While the partnership launched fairly well, it became less than ideal when the team's performance started to decline. Technical issues kept showing up and the team couldn't find a solid solution to alleviate all the situation. The clients also found it frustrating when they stopped responding.
