"They have no idea how to listen to their customers. They were absolutely terrible."
Rank Me Locally insisted that their work produced 1,000 Facebook likes and seven to eight leads. However, their agreement was 2,000 Facebook likes. What's even more disappointing is that the followers were fake accounts and the company didn't get any sales from the leads they claimed to have.
