Then it took about a month or a bit more to have all the documents. Developer was working remotely for us most of that time so we were sure he’s the right kind of person when he got his visa and came to join the office. SHUNTI was really good in their job. Communication was efficient and they listened to our feedback. If you are ready to take an effort and relocate a good tech specialist - it’s a good place to go. They do pay attention to what you want and the price is reasonable. We checked it, they take the same commission or lower as generally on the market but they are much more efficient
