Best developing team you can ever hire.
I have worked with other web designers before but was never satisfied with the end result. From start to finish my interaction with the team at IndiaNIC was professional, stress-free and I had complete trust in their ability to deliver. Their difference is : 1. They don't use templates as standard, so could custom built to match my vision and created a website set-up that was completely bespoke to my needs. 2. They took the time to listen to what I wanted but also brought their own ideas, experience, and creativity so that the end design was more rounded. 3. They understood that I needed to see things in a visual context and have some flexibility to 'play' around with a few ideas. Scope of improvement that could enhance the conversion rates. The design of the store was quite outdated compared to the current trend in the E-commerce industry & the user interface was a bit complex and not much interactive. The store was not mobile-friendly, customers could have difficulty viewing the page on their phones. Absence of stock control that auto-hides the product which is not in the stock instead shows the relevant products. The checkout process was too long and unconventional, which may lose a lot of customers right as they are ready to buy. No Adaption of a cross-selling factor when customers don’t get the desired product while performing the search. The store was failing to build the trust factor, no review plug-in was integrated. Visits on store and traffic were low as a result of the most influential concept, blog posting wasn’t practised. Project Result & Benefits of Project To overcome these issues, the client wanted to re-design the store which can provide more flexibility to their customers to shop and increase conversion and sales. We have successfully developed an excellent website for the client that serves to allay all the problems mentioned above in the most fascinating professionalism. Benefits: Designed the entire purchase process on a single page checkout which can let the customer buy the product in few clicks. Integrated the rate & review plug-in in-store through which customers can give ratings and others can trust. We redesign the store to entertain every specific need of customers with cutting-edge eCommerce features. Optimized extensive search filter which can ask for keywords and delivers top relevant result according to it. We increased the customer’s visits and increase traffic by blog posting and build a brand image for the store. Integrated accurate order tracking system store which can provide the customer real-time update about the order status.
