Massachusetts CHAMP Zagaran is the software developer of CHAMP (the Common Housing Application for Massachusetts Public-Housing), which you can visit at mass.gov/applyforpublichousing. This was a massive project for the Department of Housing and Community Development to centralize and modernize the application process for public housing in the entire Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We built this application from scratch, working with a wide array of Commonwealth stakeholders to architect the system. We are extremely proud of the work we have done with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and feel a strong obligation to deliver high quality work not just for the government but also for our fellow citizens.
