Complex Interests

Complex Interests is software used in the stewardship of complex family wealth. Many families with significant private wealth maintain complex legal and financial relationships on account of: -> direct investments in operating companies and real estate entities -> elaborate tax and estate planning -> participation in a myriad of alternative investment vehicles -> considerable use of debt as a borrow and/or lender -> maintenance of meaningful collections of valuable personal property (e.g., artwork, antiques, cars), and -> recurrent philanthropic work (often through a private foundation created by the family).
